Our API 600 Series Cast Steel Gate Valves are designed for superior flow control in heavy-duty industrial piping systems. Available in standard ASTM A216 WCB and enhanced WCB+STL (Stellite 6 Overlay) configurations, these valves offer high-performance sealing and durability across Class 150 to Class 200 pressure ratings. The Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design ensures the stem threads remain external to the media, preventing corrosion and extending service life.

- Flexible Wedge Design: The wedge is precision-ground to a slight taper, allowing it to adapt to seat deformations caused by pipe stress or thermal expansion, ensuring a bubble-tight shutoff
- Stellite-Faced Seats (STL Model): By applying a Stellite #6 overlay on the seat rings and wedge faces, we provide a metal-to-metal seal that resists "galling" and maintains integrity under high-velocity flow
- Bolted Bonnet (BB): Features a high-tensile strength bolt-and-nut assembly with a controlled-compression gasket for zero-leakage at the bonnet joint
- Integral Backseat: Allows for the replacement of stem packing while the valve is in the fully open position under pressure
