Engineered for superior performance in demanding fluid control applications, our Rising Stem Resilient Seated Gate Valve represents the forefront of modern valve technology. It seamlessly combines the time-tested reliability of a gate valve design with advanced sealing materials and user-centric features.
This valve features a non-rotating rising stem that provides clear visual and tactile indication of valve position—fully open, fully closed, or anywhere in between—enhancing operational safety and control. The innovative soft, resilient elastomer seat (typically EPDM or NBR) perfectly bonded into the valve body creates a bubble-tight seal against the polished gate in both fully open and fully closed positions, ensuring zero leakage and exceptional sealing integrity even at low pressures.
Constructed from high-grade materials such as ductile iron with epoxy coating (or specified alternatives like bronze or stainless steel), the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
