Product Description

The DIN3352 F4 Cast Iron Resilient Seated Gate Valve with 2Cr13 Trim is a high-performance valve designed for regulating and isolating fluid flow in demanding industrial applications. Constructed from durable cast iron (GG25) , it features a resilient EPDM/NBR rubber-seated wedge that ensures zero leakage and superior sealing even under pressure fluctuations . The 2Cr13 stainless steel stem enhances corrosion resistance and durability, suitable for frequent operation in water, sewage, oil, and gas systems 


Product Features

1. Non-toxic anti-corrosion coating: both the inside and outside surface of the valve are non-toxic epoxy powder electrostatic coating, anti-corrosion long life, can be directly used in drinking water, food and medicine industry.

2. Material: the valve body, bonnet, gate and handwheel are all made of nodular iron, with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and body are fully formed by precision casting without any machining.

3. Three O-ring seal, water pressure under the action of axial self- sealing, no packing seal adjustment trouble. The top dustproof ring prevents external impurities from entering the inside of the shaft seal.

4. When the valve is fully open, the gate is completely lifted off the flow channel and there is no groove at the bottom of the seat, which is not easy to accumulate sundries. It is equivalent to the straight pipe and has the lowest flow resistance.
